Recompiled and remastered from the original analog master tape and recording sources by Bernie Grundman at Bernie Grundman Mastering Studios.
Gatefold sleeve with die cut, poly lined, plain paper inner sleeves.
Made in the EU on sleeve and labels.
Some copies have a "Made in Germany" sticker on the shrinkwrap.
Some copies include a voucher to download a 320kbps MP3 AAC version of the album.

Not the same as the misprint release.

Pressing plant uncredited, derived from matrix.

A1 & A2 previously released on the "Sliver" single in 1990.
