Original issue includes a perforated foldout card attached to the sleeve - 12" x 12"
Opens out to 12" x 24" with lyrics and reproduction of back of sleeve on one side and a reproduction of the pics on the inside of the gatefold on the other.
The inner part of the gatefold with the attached fold-out was printed in the USA while the laminated outer part was printed in the UK by Garrod & Lofthouse.
