Red & green Atlantic center labels with Warner logo in the rim text (indicating manufacture after 1975). The Atlantic catalog number appears as "SD 1468" on the sleeve front & back covers, and on the LP center labels. It also appears as "1468" on the sleeve spine, and as "SD1468" inside the gatefold. All tracks published by MJQ, except A1 (published by JATAP) and B4 (published by Wemar). According to Alun Morgan's liner notes, these performances were recorded in April of 1966. Sleeve text (inside gatefold): "Recorded during a benefit concert presented by the Manhattan School of Music at Carnegie Hall, New York City." "This is a stereo recording. For best results observe the R.I.A.A. high frequency roll-off characteristic with a 500 cycle crossover."
