G (Good) – Heavily played, noise likely; cover with visible damage.

Generic – Original cover missing, record comes in a generic sleeve.

Also on labels: Made in England by The Decca Record Co. Ltd. The writers credits appear as they are stated on the insert and differ from the way they appear on the labels.
