General notes about this release (please note: our version may differ a little. see the comments above):
Fold over paper cover. Issued in a picture sleeve with at least five different colour variations: red/yellow, blue/yellow, red/purple, orange/blue, and orange/yellow (this one).
This was released with two different labels for the a-side. Besides some printing differences (mainly the position of the various details), one has "A. Domino - D. Bartholomew", while the other has "Fats Domino" as the writer(s). These two variations were most probably added randomly across the different sleeve variations. At least this orange/yellow sleeve was issued with both label variations.
This orange/yellow entry is for the "A. Domino - D. Bartholomew" credit variation. The "Fats Domino" credit variation has it's own entry.
