Cover illustration: Musical entertainment in the garden - Book miniature from the Codex "DE SPHAERA"
by a unknown Italian artist from the 15th century.

The gatefold sleeve has 4 extra pages inserted (glued) with notes in German, English and French plus a track and credits list.
It also has black and white photos of paintings and engravings depicting people dancing and making music in the renaissance.
