Some with a small round green Alchemy Records sleeve sticker stating 'Produced By MARK SENESAC'.
Included a plain black inner sleeve, with "PRINTED IN U.S.A." and underneath that "ALCHEMY 003 LP" in small white print bottom centre on one side.

Recorded at Alpha + Omega Studio, San Francisco, California.
Mastered at Fantasy Studios, Berkeley, CA.

Track B3 is listed as "The Curse" on the back cover and as "The Curse (Longing To Destroy You)." on the inner label.
