M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

"The unknown guitar and string bass on several tracks may well be Big Bill Broonzy and Bill Settles; the tapping on some of the early tracks appears to be from the guitarist, and thus probably Tampa Red, using his plectrum to produce the effect."
