NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Disc One is the same as the "Live at Last" album released in 1980 (recorded on the Volume 4 tour).
Disc Two, tracks 2, 3, and 4 are from a 1975 concert at the Convention Hall, Asbury Park NJ. This show was recorded with the intent of releasing as a live album, but was shelved. Bootlegs of the full show still circulate. The other tracks from Disc 2 are from the Olympia 1970 show in Paris, France (i.e. the same show as on the "In Concert" DVD released in 2004).
