Originally released in 1964. This version was likely released between 1975 and 1978. It can be distinguished from the other reissue versions by its labels. For example, unlike some versions with white and blue backgrounds, the labels on this version have a monochromatic dark blue colored background. However, unlike the other reissue versions with a monochromatic blue label background color, the text printed along the lower perimeter of the side A label on this versions shows "Blue Note Records • Manufactured By United Artists Music And Records Group, Inc." (on the other versions, both labels show "Blue Note Records — A Division United Artists Records, Inc.", which also appears on the side B label of this version).
