'The Chair' was originally featured on 'The Long Kiss Goodnight' soundtrack. The version of 'Frail' that appears here is the instrumental version that was originally recorded for the band's 1994 demo 'Frail'. Lyrics were not added until the band re-recorded it for 'Much Afraid' in 1997.
