M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Tracks 1, 3, 4, 6 to 8, 12 to 15, 17, 18, 20 were originally released in August, 1955, on Decca Records' subsidiary Coral label, as Gene Norman Presents: Mel Torme At The Crescendo (Coral 57012).
Tracks 2, 5, 9 to 11, 16, 19 are being issued for the first time.
Digital transfers and audio enhancement at MCA Recording Studios.
This reissue has been prepared by the transfer to digital tape and re-equalization of the original analog tapes.
