M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

This version has two different catalogue numbers:
5C 064-99437 on spine and back cover and 5D 064-99437 on the labels [see images. The cat.nr. with the 5D prefix is also in the matrix/runout etchings.
Compare to this Dutch version which has 5D 064-99437 on cover, spine and labels.
Also, the back cover mentions two "Made By" options:
at the top right corner of the back cover it reads: "made and distributed by EMI Records Holland B.V., licensed by MPS Records GmbH Musikproduktion Schwarzwald 773 Villingen", but at the bottom left corner of back cover it reads: "made by Delta B.V." - both "Made By" mentions have been submitted accordingly. Also on back: ℗ 1976.
