NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Liberty Records in the logo box and the bottom rim text in use 1965-1968.
A label variant of [r4467910 with NO A or B next to the catalog number on the labels as well as different title and artist fonts used.
There are two etched dates in the deadwax and the LP edge is serrated.
Runouts are etched, except "AudioMatrix."
