M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

It comes in a brown paper cover with VOORZICHTIG GRAMMOFOONPLAAT! and the Citroën chevrons in a blue square and Stadionplein 26-30, Amsterdam on one side and "Het Lelijke Eendje" A.M.G. Schmidt and Paul Chr. van Westering and the lyrics and sheet music on the back. The back of the record has 2 cv and a picture of the car and some 1950 promotional words in Dutch als well as 33 1/3 Tekst: Annie M.G.
