The artist name on side A label is Riuichi Sakamoto, on the back sleeve it is correctly given as Ryuichi Sakamoto.  
Only "Nightporter" and "Forbidden Colours" are listed on the rear sleeve.

Side one is credited to David Sylvian/ Riuichi Sakamoto for both tracks.  Whilst Sylvian's performer credit is correct for "Forbidden Colours" this is not true for track A2.

This EP was released with two different sleeves; this one without the artists printed on the front sleeve and one with:- 'Japan, Sylvian, Sakamoto'.
