This release comes in an inner sleeve made from thin cardboard with lyrics printed on each side. Two versions of this sleeve are known to exist, images of both are shown. One has right angle corners at the bottom with the top cut-out on the side which contains the lyrics for Side B, the other has rounded corners at the bottom with the top cut-out on the side which contains the lyrics for Side A - variants 3 and 4 have this latter version.
