M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

This version, pressed in France, has "The Jam" and the large letter "A" in a plain font on the first disc and a larger stylized font on the second disc.
[r=763440 has the stylized font on both discs.
This double pack release comprises of the original Disc 1 (POSP 540) and limited edition Disc 2 (JAM 1) and comes packaged in a unique gatefold picture sleeve.
