NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Fold over paper cover. Issued in a picture sleeve with at least five different colour variations: red/yellow, blue/yellow (this one), red/purple, orange/blue, and orange/http://www.discogs.com/release/4953938yellow.
This was released with two different labels for the a-side. Besides some printing differences (mainly the position of the various details), one has "A. Domino - D. Bartholomew", while the other has "Fats Domino" as the writer(s). These two variations were most probably added randomly across the different sleeve variations. At least the orange/yellow sleeve was issued with both label variations.
This blue/yellow entry is for the "A. Domino - D. Bartholomew" credit variation.
