VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Digipak features a 32-page insert booklet (bound in) which includes lyrics, photography and credits.
Also includes a fold-out poster - which is glued into the digipak.
Enhanced content provides online access to the exclusive film 'Linear<' by Anton Corbijn.
