NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een witte binnenhoes.

Recorded live outside the National Palace in Managua, Nicaragua in April 1983.
A little booklet with Dutch translations of all the lyrics is glued inside the gatefold cover [see images.
Of all the versions available, the Dutch pressing was in fact the first one to be released: the entire double-album is a VARA/https://www.discogs.com/label/229966-NOVIBNOVIB production (the VARA is a Dutch TV & radio network and NOVIB is a Dutch NGO) and was financed by the Dutch Ministry of Welfare, Health and Culture (Ministerie van Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Cultuur (WVC)), Greek Ministry of Culture, Emmaus International, NOVIB, Solidaridad and the Thomas Kirche Gemeinde, Germany.
