Two pressing variations exist: - one with a deep groove in the label - one with a flat label © 1985/86 From official No-Man site (): A compilation album assembled by Steven Wilson in 1986 to promote various musical projects, including his own. The album had a short pressing run and was soon deleted. Other contributing artists included Abel Ganz, Twice Bitten and Comedy of Errors. From A Toyshop Window was the first No-Man track to be made available (while the band was still called No Man Is An Island). It's a solo instrumental piece by Steven Wilson, preceding Tim Bowness' involvement and consisting of a strange mixture of home-made '80s synth-pop and progressive rock.
