M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Two sides with 3 different tracks.
Side A contains a Disco Medley.
Side B contains 2 Discomixes.
A is a megamix of 80's disco, High NRG and synthpop.
B1 is a re-edit of the megamix of Patrick Cowley of Funky Town (by Lipps, Inc.).
B2 is a re-edit of of the megamix of Patrick Cowley of Back In Love Again (by L.T.D.).
Both tracks on label are swapped by mistake.
The B-side is an exact copy from Hot Tracks, Hot Classics 1:
