M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Tracks A4, B3 TO B5, C1, C3 to C5, D1, E1, E3, E4, F4, F6 (edited) were issues as the original mono LP, Motown TM-264, November 1965 (U.S.), and as Tamla Motown TML 11027, February1966 (U.K. / Europe).
They were also issued in pseudo-stereo, Motown TS-264, January 1966.
